Participants will gain knowledge in the requirements of the Teacher Incentive Allotment.

Stay informed and prepared as we explore the latest updates to the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) system and what they mean for educators in Knox City-O’Brien CISD. This session will provide clear guidance on TIA processes, timelines, and requirements while highlighting upcoming changes and their potential impact on teachers and districts. Participants will also explore ways to take ownership of their TIA journey. The session will conclude with dedicated time for questions and answers to ensure participants leave with greater clarity, confidence, and understanding of next steps within TIA.
