Renaissance Introductory Training (Accelerated Reader & Star Reading)




This workshop supports districts that purchase and use Renaissance products.

Important Session Information:


Join Elizabeth Rojas-Nugent, Bilingual Field Consultant with Renaissance, for a practical session designed for administrators and educators who use Star Reading and Accelerated Reader. Participants will learn how to administer Star computer-adaptive assessments with fidelity, understand how Star scores connect to student learning progressions and standards, and navigate key reports. Attendees will also gain an understanding of the Accelerated Reader tool, which includes setting goals, conferencing with students about results, and effective practices for encouraging independent reading habits. Please bring a device and Renaissance login information.
