WTFSC (Food Co Op) Back to School @ R9-Child Nutrition

Texas Department of Agriculture's Child Nutrition Programs include the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP) and the USDA Commodity Program. These events will enhance professional development for staff involved with these programs and ensure compliance. In order to receive a certificate for an in-person course, please ensure you are on time for the start of class, and you are present for a minimum of 85% of the class. Your signatures and initials (required for classes 6 hours or more in duration) on rosters are required. In order to receive a certificate for a virtual (Zoom) course, please ensure you are on time for the start of class, and you are present for a minimum of 85% of the virtual class. Please include your information in the chat if requested by the instructor.
Important Session Information:
For this Child Nutrition session, we will be covering SY 2026-2027 usage plans for your awarded commodity processing pounds. In this class, participants will review their final awarded commodity processing pounds, develop a usage plan, and enter pre orders with their distributor.
