CEL5D+ Stage 2 - Day 3 2020-2021




Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the Center for Educational Leadership (CEL) 5D+ Framework. Participants will observe videos and score the teaching. Participants will compare scoring to increase inter-rater reliability. CEL5D+ Stage 2 Day 3 training will continue a deeper dive into the following areas: -Learn the Framework and Rubric; -Script and score observations; -Compare scoring for reliability; -Become comfortable with the Inquiry Cycle and Student Engagement; -Dive into the Self-Assessment process; -Deepen understanding on Learning Targets;
