John Medina and Brain Research-- Implications for Adolescent Learners
CANCELLED Attack of the Teenage Brain! Understanding and Supporting the Weird and Wonderful Adolescent Learner


Our Region has the honor of having Dr. John Medina, the author of "Attack of the Teenage Brain", "Brain Rules" and "Brain Rules for Baby" join us to share what he has learned through his extensive research and how it can help assist us in teaching adolescent students. On March 20, 2021, 200 teachers will convene from 8:00am to 11:00am. to listen to keynote speaker Dr. John Medina, speak about the connections of current brain research for adolescent students and effective classroom strategies. Participants will receive the book "Attack of the Teenage Brain", written by Dr. Medina, so that they can use this resource to plan instruction for their students.
