Engage Me Academy of Project Based Learning




During Engage Me Academy, we use Project Based Learning to engage students in their learning. After all, students are human, and what they are saying when they misbehave, ignore, defy, cheat and sleep is "ENGAGE ME." In Engage Me Academy teachers go all the way through designing an engaging, project based lesson as we show them how to manage the classroom in a new way, becoming the "guides on the side" instead of "sages on the stage." Teachers can also expect to experience technology immersion both as students and teachers, as well as a high energy, engaging experience they can immediately replicate for their students. Important Workshop Information:


This is a 3.5 day course and participants will need to attend ALL days. This course will provide 6 hours or GT/AAS Update Credit and 15 hours of CPE credit. Please bring a smart phone or tablet AND a laptop. No fee for C&I contracting districts.
