But knowing your superpower is only the beginning. The real impact comes when you put it into motion through intentional actions that create psychological safety and motivate students to thrive. Through storytelling, reflection, and collaborative activities, participants will: find the superpowers they bring to their classrooms and campuses; define the moves that put their superpowers into motion—consistent intentional actions that shape culture and belonging. Explore how those moves inspire students to trust, take risk, and achieve. Educators will leave the session energized with their Superpowers in Motion plan: clear, actionable moves they can intentionally use to create safe, affirming spaces where every student can flourish.
