This interactive workshop invites educators to uncover and celebrate their unique superpowers in teaching—those strengths that spark connection, confidence, and achievement. But knowing your superpower is only the beginning. The real impact comes when you put it into motion through intentional actions that create psychological safety and motivate students to thrive. Through storytelling, reflection, and collaborative activities, participants will: find the superpowers they bring to their classrooms and campuses; define the moves that put their superpowers into motion—consistent intentional actions that shape culture and belonging. Explore how those moves inspire students to trust, take risk, and achieve. Educators will leave the session energized with their Superpowers in Motion plan: clear, actionable moves they can intentionally use to create safe, affirming spaces where every student can flourish.

Bullying is a complex social and emotional challenge that goes far beyond discipline. It demands comprehensive, trauma-informed, and restorative approaches to truly make a difference. This workshop equips educators with practical, school-wide strategies grounded in child development, mental health principles, and real-world leadership experience to prevent bullying before it starts and to address it effectively when it occurs. Participants will learn how to identify the root causes of bullying behaviors and implement trauma-sensitive communication techniques that support both victims and aggressors. Emphasis will be placed on creating safe, inclusive school environments through restorative practices and peer-led prevention initiatives.
