Improving Wellness in Your School
This workshop will provide training to personnel involved in school or district level wellness committees in regards to the responsibilities of school wellness committees outlined by Act 1220 of 2003 and USDA's Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act. The utilizaton of the School Health Index to assist in planning and developing of goals for the health and wellness improvement priority will be discussed.
