NWAESC---Princiapals' PLC: Leadership Quest (2095)
Principals and Assistant Principals are invited to join in the journey to increase leadership. The three sessions will focus on "In the Pursuit of Teacher Excellence". This second session will examine how to promote teacher learning. Conversations will include best practices of establishing trust and transparency, promoting reflection, peer observations, collaboration and PGP. Come join leaders Laura Quillen, Principal of Reagan Elementary in Rogers and Courtney Jones, Principal of Lincoln High School, as they lead this exciting PLC for Administrators during the coming year. Dates for the final session for the year will be determined by those in attendance at this meeting. Lunch is included.
