The ARESC Regional Advisory Council is an opportunity for our regional public school district administrators, career & technical educators, and tri-county business leaders to meet and collaborate about how to strengthen our educational communities through a cohesive approach to improving the region's workforce.
Leaders for district Career & Technical Student Organizations are welcome to attend with their advisors. Teachers planning to bring orgaizational student leaders must contact Kelli Cypert at cypertk@aresc.k12.ar.us by Friday, February 2, to reserve seating.
Our special speaker from one of Arkansas' most successful regions will inspire attendees through his testimony about the region's fundamental process to improve community through development of a pipeline of available workers that aligns with the demands of regional employers. Also presenting will be a representative from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, who will share informative statistics about our region's economic forecast. And a representative from one of our state's most profitable business will speak concerning the need for workplace skills that are necessary to prepare students to be successful employees in today's workforce
