KATA in the Classroom is a metacognitive activity that may be implemented across the curriculum within K-12 classrooms. As a component of author Mike Rother's book "
Toyota Kata, Managing People for Improvement, Adaptiveness, and Superior Results
", the hands-on 50 minute activity helps students to learn goal setting, as well as reflection, for all types of topics. This simple activity will be demonstrated for all attendees.
