NEA - Dynamic Learning Maps
Dynamic Learning Maps and ADE will offer a one day training for SpEd teachers on the DLM ELA, MATH, and SCIENCE tests for the 2018-19 school year. Training will focus on the DLM testing structure, administration, teaching tips, and resources. The training will cover 6 hours beginning at 8:30 and ending by 3:30 with a one hour break for lunch. One large room will be needed for facilitation. Anticipate and accept up to 150 educators to attend. Participants will be expected to bring a laptop or other device to interact with the test. Presenters will need a projector with audio and visual connectors for a laptop (both lightning adapter for MacBooks and standard connector for PC), a microphone, and internet connection. Audience - Any special education teacher involved in Alternate assessments or LEA supervisors.
