AFESC--Preference Assessment: When Stickers Aren’t Enough!
Have you ever worked with students that are seemingly unmotivated? You have tried EVERYTHING and nothing seems to work! If so, this training is for YOU! Through the use of preference assessments, participants will leave with new tools to potentially increase motivation and learning. Participants will also learn principles of reinforcement to ensure the increase of desired behaviors in the classroom.
This is one of the Tier II trainings offered by the Behavior Support Specialists. It is helpful to attend Essentials: Catchem' Being Good: Using Reinforcement to Increase Appropriate Behaviors prior to attending this training.
