School Leadership Teams will come together for a day of learning and action planning focused on building a positive culture across the school. Teams will:
- Come together as a dream team of champions for positive school culture
- Understand why positivity and consistency can improve school culture and academic outcomes
- Create a strategic smart goal for culture improvement for the campus
- Develop and plan for schoolwide common behavior expectations
- Create a plan for norming behaviors across staff and teaching expectations with students
This session will be facilitated by Jolynn Greene, a School Leadership Coach for Kickboard. Jolynn is a former campus and district leader with vast experience leading school improvement work across the nation.
