This session is to prepare Arkansas educators planning to teach high school computer science and needing assistance passing the Computer Science Praxis Exam. Participants will cover changes in Arkansas 9-12 Computer Science course codes, 2018-2019 Computer Science Standards, Computer Science Fact Sheet, Curriculum Resources and Prep Material to be used for passing the Computer Science Praxis. Participants will need to spend time outside of the training prior to taking the Praxis Exam. A laptop is required for this session for all 5 days. Chromebooks and iPads are NOT sufficient. This class will be repeated on June 11-15, 2018.
