WDMESC: SIM Content Enhancement Routines
Participants will receive an overview of the Strategic Instruction Model (SIM) components and how these fit together to improve teacher planning and improve the academic outcomes for students. Participants will also receive professional development in the use of the FRAME Content Enhancement Routine. (TESS components addressed: 1a. Demonstrating Knowledge of Content and Pedagogy, 1c. Setting Instructional Outcomes, 1e. Designing Coherent Instruction, and 4e. Growing and Developing Professionally.)
