A KUDER representative will discuss and show the KUDER Navigator-Career Planning System that is available for addressing Student Success Plans. Discussion of KUDER includes - an in-depth discussion about what's been developed since the state utilized the Arkansas Career Planning System, and a walk-through of the process of how students assess and explore their interests, skills, and work values. From there, we'll go into how they view relatable occupations and what kind of education they can pursue (and where they can get it) to obtain the necessary job qualifications. Part of the process is also planning for continuing education which KUDER provides tools for in the form of an education plan, test prep resources, and more. With these resources, students will not only be able to assess and plan, but also contribute to an overall electronic portfolio that they can access at any time.
We'll also go through the administrative portion of the Kuder Career Planning System, and show how admins can pull and utilize information to make data-driven decisions for curriculum, workforce, and economic development planning. Sample accounts will be provided for anyone who wants to walk through the system and explore options.
