SWAEC- Going Deeper with DOK
This professional development opportunity is designed for K-12 educators and will build on the educator’s current knowledge of Depth of Knowledge. This training will engage teachers in utilizing the DOK model to analyze the cognitive demand and complexity — the “brain sweat” — in instructional activities and assessment tasks. Educators will leave with a deeper understanding of how to develop appropriate classroom activities and assessments that align to the DOK framework. TESS: 1A, 1E, 3B, 3C, 4A
