This session of the Admin Institute, facilitated by Solution Tree, will provide an in-depth overview of the PLC process including "the what", "the why", and first steps on "the how". Participants in this session will have opportunity to provide feedback indicating if there is a need for any additional support through follow-up days for the building leadership team in the fall and spring semesters.
