Think outside the box. For students to be successful, everyone must recognize students in need or those with complications associated with chronic conditions. Keeping students engaged and ready to learn incorporates care coordination and student focused learning while addressing mental health issues. The focus of this session is on chronic conditions but will include some acute conditions/emergencies occurring in the classroom.
