The purpose of this 3 hour session is to provide administrators with a deeper understanding of the TESS & LEADS workflow in EdReflect and how resources in BloomBoard can be aligned and leveraged for professional growth. Each TESS workflow will be practiced in EdReflect using demo accounts including: how to guide teachers to write solid, actionable goals; tagging goals appropriately; guiding teachers in selecting and uploading artifacts; collecting and tagging evidence (quick fire and scripting page); and end of year activities.
