- Become more aware of societal causes of adolescent suicide
- Learn signs and symptoms of suicidal crisis
- Learn basic paramedical assessment of suicidal risk
- Become better skilled about the “do’s and don’ts working with depressed adolescents
- Become better skilled in dealing with parents of depressed adolescents
