In the morning session, we will hear updates from JJ Walker (ADE Office of Assessment) concerning the ACT Aspire Summative Assessment, both the interim and classroom assessments (with available reporting) from ACT Aspire, and take a close look at DOK and how it relates to classroom instruction.
In the afternoon session, teachers and leaders will collaborate with cohorts of common grade bands to develop strategies and resources to best prepare students for the summative assessments by looking at the Performance Level Descriptors (PLD's) and available data from ACT Aspire.
