AFESC--Dyslexia Overview and the Connection between RTI/Special Education



This professional development provides an overview of dyslexia, along with historical information, myths regarding dyslexia, and characteristics of dyslexia. This training will also provide insight into the connection between Dyslexia, RTI, and Special Education. This 6 hour training will consist of research.  NO classroom strategies will be provided.

This session is for K-12 Dyslexia Interventionists, Special Education Teachers, Classroom Teachers, Interventionists, Instructional Facilitators, and RTI Team Members.

Please do not bring children to the sessions.
