NWAESC(2095)---EoE: Standards-based Instruction & Grading
In this workshop, we will present the inspiration and philosophy behind standards-based curriculum and grading practices and discuss how it all fits together in terms of PLCs, essential skills, common assessments/data, and RTI. We will analyze the Arkansas Frameworks to identify individual skills and logical skill groups and then discuss assessments and the assessment cycle. Teachers will have time to ask questions regarding different standards-based grading approaches to assessment.
