NEA - Computer Science in the K-8 Classroom Day 2 of 2



Are you interested in online coding tools?  Would you like more hands on experiences for you to take back to your classroom?  What is binary and where does it fit?  This training is an extension of the Embedding the K-8 Computer Science Standards Across Content Areas Day 1 and will focus on more complex classroom examples. This workshop does NOT count as a day toward the K-8 Lead Teacher Training.

*Laptop highly recommended.

If you are not under contract with the Northeast Arkansas Education Cooperative or one of our 14 member districts, you will be responsible for all fees related to this workshop.  The fee for this workshop is $25.  Payment is expected the day of the training unless prior arrangements have been made.

Note: Computer Science in the K-8 Classroom Days 1 & 2 do not count towards the 5 days needed for the K-8 Lead Teacher Training and Stipend Program.
