GFESC - PROTECTING OUR FUTURE BY UNDERSTANDING OUR PAST
A look at sensitive issues and how to explore these in the classroom. By looking in depth at slavery in our country, we will begin to understand why these issues exist then seek to find solutions to problems our society is facing today. Those attending will gain knowledge of our country's history leading to sensitive topics and leave with lesson ideas they can use in their classroom.
