NEA - Integrating Visual Media into Your Existing Lessons: A Nuts and Bolts “How to” Session...

Student engagement is a critical component of effective classroom instruction. Our world is full of images and sounds, but our lessons are not! This session is designed to teach technology basics that can have a huge impact on classroom instruction.  Participants will learn how to organize (locate, create, store and use) electronic files. The session will include how to create hyperlinks and QR Codes, the positive/negative of various file types, how to download video and audio files, and how to insert media files into a PPT. Participants will also explore some of the many free educational resources that can enhance their existing lessons for their grade/subject area.

If you are not under contract with the Northeast Arkansas Education Cooperative or one of our 14 member districts, you will be responsible for all fees related to this workshop.  The fee for this workshop is $25.  Payment is expected the day of the training unless prior arrangements have been made.
