OUR Project Based Learning in the Classroom

Project-Based Learning is a natural way for students to be immersed in real-world reading for real-world purposes. PBL offers one of the best ways to provide authentic literacy experiences—which means having them read and write for a real purpose. With this type of active and engaged learning, students are inspired to obtain a deeper knowledge of the subjects they're studying. Students need to develop critical thinking, problem solving, and other 21st century skills to excel in today’s digital world. PBL helps integrate technology into core instruction and gives students the opportunity to explore real-world challenges thus preparing them for college and career.
