NEA - Bucket Drumming for Beginners



Using buckets for drums in the general music classroom sounds like headache! In order to make it fun and not annoying, where do you need to begin?  This workshop will begin with the basic beginning steps to teach bucket drumming in the general classroom.  Activities are for all ages and can be adapted to various grades.  It can be fun for both the students and the teacher!  Let’s get together for some hands on learning and drum through the process!

If you are not under contract with the Northeast Arkansas Education Cooperative or one of our 14 member districts, you will be responsible for all fees related to this workshop.  The fee for this workshop is $15.  Payment is expected the day of the training unless prior arrangements have been made.

Creating:   Students will generate and conceptualize artistic ideas and work,  Students will organize and develop artistic ideas and work,  Students will refine and complete artistic work

Performing:  Students will analyze, interpret, and select artistic work for presentation, Students will develop and refine artistic work for presentation,   Students will convey meaning through the presentation of artistic work.
