DSC HSU STEM CENTER:Teaching STEM with Google’s Science Journal



Want to incorporate STEM into your science curriculum and inspire your students? In this workshop, you will learn how to engage your students in STEM lessons in grades 3,4, and 5 that align with the Next Generation Science Standards. You will also learn how to use Google’s Science Journal app and transform your technology device into a pocket sized tool that encourages students to explore their world, record observations, and make exciting discoveries through hands-on investigations. We will also explore additional resources from Google’s Science Journal that you could incorporate into your curriculum. Participants will leave with knowledge and materials for their STEM classroom!  iOS or Android devices required for Google’s Science Journal.

Fee is $100 (includes STEM supplies for your classroom)
