This one day PD is designed for teachers that have not attended Grasping Phenomenal Science (GPS) in the past and prepare them for future grade band specific GPS.
New Arkansas Science Standards push students beyond content curriculum. Core ideas (content) are woven together with practices and processes to provide a set of expectations for what students should be able to do by the end of instruction.
