This Novice Teacher training for teachers of grade K-12 will go into a wide range of instructional strategies and pedagogy. This day will tie the theory of these strategies to practice. (Includes Hattie's work in Visible Learning, project based vs. problem based learning, cooperative learning vs. collaboration, STEM instruction, multi-sensory learning, close reading, text dependent questions, direct instruction, small group, whole group, etc.)
