NWAESC(2246)---ONLINE: The Coaching Habit for Administrators
In this session, administrators will participate in an online professional learning community in which they explore 7 powerful questions that can be used to deepen the work they do with supporting teacher growth within their buildings in a simpler, more efficient manner. Each participant will receive a copy of THE COACHING HABIT: SAY LESS, ASK MORE AND CHANGE THE WAY YOU LEAD FOREVER. The sessions will be completely online via Google Classroom. Because of this asynchronous delivery system, participants will be able to participate on their own schedule. There is no charge as this session and materials are being covered through the TALENTS grant for novice teachers. The goal of the training is to support administrators as they seek to build a collaborative culture within the building that supports all staff. The class will begin on September 5
