Principals and Assistant Principal that have access to or want to learn about how to use video observation for your informals and walk-throughs. We will learn and practice taking and uploading video from different tools, such as using your phone, iPad, android tablet, or computer. We will also learn to tag and rate the evidence in the video observation. Training and support will also be provided in the use of Insight Reports for targeted professional development based on ratings. We will start at 8:30 AM and work together about 1 to 1.5 hours. I will stay until about 11:30 AM to answer questions and provide specific support as requested.
