NWAESC(2246)---TALENTS: Innovative Leadership Day 2
Participants from Day One (July 23
rd
) will continue their work related to innovative leadership by focusing on three topics: delegation, employee empowerment, and providing effective feedback. Each of these three topics will provide practical suggestions on how to incorporate your understanding of emotional intelligence as it relates to working with staff members from a choaching perspective. The session will be led by David Miller, President of Life Incorporated Enterprises. This action-packed, informative day will be held at the Global Campus Facility in Rogers - where we held our frist session.
