Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication (CERC) draws from lessons learned during past public health emergencies and research in the fields of public health, psychology, and emergency risk communication to help you effectively communicate to your community about a crisis. Emergency risk communication gives you the tools to communicate the information your community needs to make decisions about the health and safety of themselves and their families during a crisis.
