SCSC - Transition Toolkit Training

This workshop will review the required components of transition. The first part of the presentation focuses on meeting compliance with Indicator 13 and Arkansas regulations. The second part of the workshop will focus more on assessments, tools, and resources, and how to use assessment results to develop a meaningful transition plan. Participants will actively learn and wal away with valuable resources.

Important Session Information:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price.
