Participants will gain a better understanding of the ESSA indicators, the calculation of the overall ESSA School Index score, how these scores translate into the A-F grade required in Act 744, and how these scores are used to determine if a school is in need of comprehensive or additional targeted support. Participants will use this data to review their school improvement plans and determine next steps.
Lunch will be provided and teams are encouraged to utilize the afternoon for collaboration work on school improvement plans.
Participants will need a laptop and their school improvement plan.
