GREC- TNTP
Over the past year TNTP's Community Connectors has partnered with students, families and community partners in Phillips County to learn more about their aspirations and the educational challenges faces by the community. We are expanding our work in the area with the goal of distributing a total of $50,000 in grants to local organizations that will support the development and implementation of ideas to address what the community indicated was a priority area of needed focus: job and life skills centered in the K-12 continuum. On January 17th, we plan to spend time together in a brainstorming/working session that allows for potential collaboration and informs potential problem(s) of practice that could be supported by the grant.
