Yoga For Kids: Yoga for Kids is a youth healthy living program developed by Arkansas 4-H. This training will provide a program overview and discuss how to use the program guide. Most of the training is hands-on, with practice of the yoga poses included in the program. Implementation options and program evaluation will also be discussed. Participants will receive the Yoga for Kids Program Guide, videos, and posters needed to implement the program in physical education classes.
Target Audience: K-6 grade PE teachers
