NWAESC(2095)---Anxiety, Coping Skills, and Ozark Guidance School Based Services



Participants will learn about anxiety including common causes, presentations, and treatment options. Teachers and school counselors will have the opportunity to learn and practice different techniques to assist students to implement coping skills within the public school setting. Additional resources to assist students who struggle with anxiety will also be explore.

The final hour of this session will be an overview of Ozark Guidance School Based Services and Q&A with Erica Boughfman, PhD, LPC, Vice President of Children's Services. Participants will gain a better understanding of the role and resources provided by Ozark Guidance, as well as be informed of the process and benefits of these available services.

This workshop is NOT covered under the consortium.
