Participants will learn about the 7 powers and 7 skills for adult self-control and classroom de-escalation from Conscious Discipline® (please note facilitators are not certified instructors but committed to sharing what we've learned). Examples will be provided for elementary and secondary educators. Participants will have the opportunity to practice each skill and learn where to access additional resources. Social and Emotinal Learning Parts 1-3 and 5 are recommended but not required for enrollment in this session.
