AFESC--Novice Teacher Academy, Days 1 - 3



New year 1 novice teachers from districts participating in the Arch Ford Mentoring System will attend a 3-day Academy which includes the following topics: TESS, Domain Study, EdReflect functionality, writing actionable PGP goals, and classroom management. Attendance all day for each of the 3 days is expected. 
 
All components of all TESS domains will be addressed.
