DSC-HSU Escape Room in Your Classroom PLUS Makey Makey!



Escape rooms are challenging on many levels.  They challenge your thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills.  Come see how you can and why you should be using BreakoutEDU in your classroom.  Be ready to think critically, ask questions, and solve problems in the same manner your students would.  You will also learn the BreakoutEDU game design process in an immersive environment in the morning. The afternoon students will be brought in to test and give feedback on the challenges.  Teachers will leave ready to innovatively change lessons into escape room challenges to engage and intrigues students in almost any content area.

An official BreakoutEDU Kit,  full platform access (12 months) and a makey makey is included with your registration. There is only one question left to ask: Can you Breakout(EDU)? 
 


Important Session Information:


This session will be held at The STEM Center at Henderson State University. located at 1049 Henderson Street in Arkadelphia. This is a THREE DAY workshop from June 5-7, 8:30-3:30 each day.  You will get 18 hours of PD credit.
