NAESC K-2 Elementary Science Cadre - You Can Teach Science in K-2 Classrooms
Come for an afternoon of fun science learning you can use with your K-2 students. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to three K-2 science lessons that can be adapted to fit any class schedule. Each of these lessons will address either a literacy or a math standard (or both). Math is the language of science, literacy is how we learn about science, and science is the story of our journey on this planet we call Earth. Children are born scientists - learn how to capitalize on that innate curiosity in your classroom.
