GFESC - ACT ASPIRE READING ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS



ACT Aspire Reading Assessment Analysis will include an overview of data/test scores, an analysis of the different question types and their Depth of Knowledge (DOK) connection, and practice creating various DOK level questions that require close reading in order to prepare students for the summative reading assessment.

Important Session Information:


NO COST TO PDC DISTRICTS.  Lunch will be provided.

Participants are asked to bring three reading selections that are specific to the grade/content that they teach for use in creating practice questions.  The reading selections could include a variety of fiction and non-fiction texts such as news/magazine articles, short stories, historical documents, textbook selections, essays, et cetera.
