We will look at the work of contemporary artist, George Fischer, how he combines realism and abstraction in his work, and examine if he creates tension or harmony. Then we'll use what we examine to create our own artwork to take back to our classrooms as an example to teach our students. Art teachers of all grade levels will benefit from this workshop, and you can adapt the project to fit your needs.
