SCSC - Transition Assessments & Summary Performance: The Who, What, When, Where, Why & How

This workshop will pick up where the Toolkit left off! Joins us for a second half day and learn more about specific assessments for the different domains of transition planning as well as some resources for planning for students with significant disabilities. We will also cover the Summary of Performance and provide a new tool to help guide the process for this IDEA required component of transition planning. This is sure to help you feel more confident about helping your students plan for after high school.

Important Session Information:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price.
